Werner Herzog Eats A Shoe

I really hope i didn't post this, already.
If i did, it's just a combination of being in love with this guy and my infamous bad memory.




This is from the beginning of Heart of Glass, which I just watched the other day. These beginning vision sequences are amazing, but I wouldn't recommend the rest of it unless your a diehard Herzog fan because its moves very slow. The purpose of these opening shots is to almost hypnotize you or put you in a trance, although he says it probably wont work for anyone who doesn't understand german. Also, almost everyone in the film is hypnotized which gives very strange performances.


This is also part of the same sequence, my favorite.
